Hi, I'm trying to get Digimon World Championship(USA) to work on my DSTT, but it freezes before even loading it, has Nintendo blocked it out? If so, is there something that would let me play it?

I doubt Nintendo has 'blocked it out'. You'll probably find your card needs to be formatted to FAT32. I had a game which also froze while loading, but after I formatted it was fine. Just copy all your current files onto your computer and reformat the card, then put them back on and it should work.
