With which software did you try to restore?
I know that hekaté is reliable because I used it to create my nand and to restore it without any problems.
But I'm not in 9.01.
I am in 6.1.0 emunand 8.1.0
(I don't know if sx their restoration is reliable, I have sxOs pro but I use hekaté for sensitive things)

I have installed 9.0.1 on console.
When i tried to boot for an error i started sx os on sysnand so i decide to restore a clear nand before go online.
So i tried to restore a 9.0.1 nand backup but after this stuck on black screen after nintendo logo.
So i think i restore a corrupted nand backup.
Can i try to recovery nand with this guide https://switch.homebrew.guide/usingcfw/manualchoiupgrade ?
Up im trying to follow that guide but when i try to extrat the key with hactool i have an error.

Using BOOT0.bin to get keys from package1...
Could not find keyblob_mac_key_source! Please check the integrity of the data used in the current stage!
