Hacking Did got banned ?

Each time I try to connect to NWFC it says

''Disconneced during data transmission''

...but other things such as MKWii work fine

I wasn't using ocarina, powersave, but I have HBC and wads...
Is that Im banned or it's a common problem? It worked yesterday just fine...

Try again today...the internet is a 'best effort' type of quality of service so expect outages...

The error codes that start with 5 are usually server problems. I use Nintendo WFC a lot, and these errors simply happen every now and then. It usually gets fixed rather quíckly.

Nintendo isn't banning anyone from Online play.

Nintendo don't ban people from online because it's free. If you had to pay, you might get banned. Server problems, most probably. Their server's are utterly awful.

That's because they allow to play for free. If need to pay then i might sue Nintendo for their crappy server.
