Check with 3DSident that your FIRM version matches 2.50-11. If it's not that one, the NFIRM downgrade failed.

Both of these should match and look like this (3DSident shows these values):

• Kernel version: 2.50-11
• FIRM version: 2.50-11

Make sure you're using the latest version of dgTool for this, and make sure you have both the 104_OLD file and the 112_OLD file in the dgTool folder (with their full names, of course).

Also, if you happen to be using a N3DS, the files should be 104_NEW and 112_NEW, I didn't read the OP, so I don't know what your console is, just saying in case you're using the wrong files.

You're doing something wrong, I'm sure.

Re-check your actual firmware version. And what option of dgTool are you using?

I'm not doing anything wrong, I have triple checked everything, I've already installed a9lh on 10+ 3ds, thi is the first time I'm having this issue.
I have 11.2 and I'm using the "Downgrade FIRM0 to 10.4" option.

Well, I've done 50+ NFIRM downgrades too, and I've never had a single issue in the 10.4 NFIRM downgrade, no matter if the stock console is 11.0, 11.1 or 11.2.

Sorry to assume it's user error, but I can't think on anything else, nor have I ever read about anyone else having this issue. Maybe asking the creator of dgTool? You could ask Plailect about it. Open an issue in his github guide.

Your last option would be to DUMP the full NAND with dgTool, inject it the 10.4 firm in your computer like in the old times, and RESTORE it back using dgTool. I can't think on anything else.

I've tried with 3 different SDs (1 of those I used on other downgrades), but just the downgrade, not the NFIRM, I guess I should give it a try.

As long as the kernel version in 3DSident doesn't show 2.50-11, all of your 9.2 downgrades will fail. I hope you resolve this issue.

Last option, I repeat, DUMP your whole NAND, inject 10.4 firm using autofirm in your PC and then RESTORE the modified NAND backup.

Be careful when restoring the NAND, make sure you're using a good SD.

Alright, I mean, even some new cards are defective, so, be careful. Use the same one you already used for a 9.2 downgrade.

Well, I tried something else, since I backed up my NAND before anything with dgTool, I've restored it and tried again the NFIRM downgrade and now everything worked at the first try thank you very much for your support
