Hacking Deleting user data from CWF Luma based 3ds

Hi!

I second hand bought a 3ds and installed luma following the 3dsguide. After installing luma and finishing the guide I noticed that the device was not reseted. It has all the user data of the previous owner including nintendo account, wifi etc. What is the easiest way to reset the device? What do I loose from the Luma installation process or were do I have to start afterwards in the guide? Do I run into a problem were I might brick the device by factory resetting?

You can delete all the content in the nintendo folder and do a factory reset. CFW would still be there.
