Decrypting a 3ds .sav for Citra

Self-explanatory title. I just want someone with time on their hands to decrypt this Inazuma Eleven GO Galaxy save file so it can work on Citra. I would do it myself, but I no longer have my 3ds with me, so all the help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Was this a .sav from online somewhere or from your 3ds?

Online. It's a pretty famous .sav, actually, with most of the game completed, but as far as I know no one has ever decrypted it and posted the head.ie and game.ie online.
