Homebrew Decrypt9wip help

I need some support with decrypt9wip.

I have downloaded the one which is meant to be b9s compatible, but whenever I try to run the .3dsx file from THL, it just returns me to the home screen.

Any help; I'm running:
Luma3DS CFW 9.0
B9S
GodMode9
