Hello guys.

So it have a spring-loaded mciroSD slot and can't break, will it never break?

It doesn't have a spring; you have to use your fingernail to pull out the microSD. But it's not difficult to do.

As for breaking, I've had mine for about a year at this point (bought it when it came out) and mine's never had a problem. I'm pretty happy with it too.

Oh I see. Thanks.

I've got an R4 at the moment and am definitely wanting to upgrade sometime soon. My R4 has no spring, and the slot is kind of loose (as in, touching the cart slot while it's in a game can freeze it up, or just having the DS in my pocket can freeze moonshell). Does the CycloDS have this problem? Why did springs go out of fashion?

Unlike your R4, the CycloDS never was meant to have a spring in the first place, so I've never had any problems with the MicroSD being loose or anything like that. Once you push it in all the way, it's pretty snug.

and the thing I hate the most about my cyclo is the lack of a spring loaded slot

my r4 (which is now the GF's r4) is still working fine

Eh, its probably not a good idea to have a spring loaded slot if it was designed badly. I have the R4 with the spring and trust me its a pain. Sometimes the card wont come out so i have to put pressure on the case or something to get the spring to work again. In the future i plan on switching to cyclo because the new batches have good build quality.
