Hacking CWCheat Codes not working on psn games

I found a working tomb raider game and the cheats I added to my cheat.db aren't working for some reason.

I put the correct sony code and game cheats on the database, But when I load Tomb Raider II & Tomb Raider it doesn't show the cheats I
put in the database.
