ROM Hack Custom NES games in Virtual Console

Just a few quick questions. Is there a tool that allows you to inject your favorite NES games into the Virtual Console emulator, similar to what can be done with Game Boy Advance titles? Also, how can I alter the header to change the resolution of NES games? They look kinda crappy in the default resolution and I would rather they be displayed in the NES's native resolution of 256x240 pixels. Thanks!

you edit the config.ini to chagge it to 256x240 and the iso site tells you how to inject roms
