Hacking Custom IOS37 rev08 + Korean Disc Support (patchmii installer version)

As cIOS 36 by Waninkoko updated, cIOS 37 + Korean disc support is updated as well.

All features are clone of cIOS 36 rev08, plus Korean Disc Key supported, but based on IOS37 for the Korean Disc support issue.

It's open source as used to be.

Where did you get the dip module from the rev8 cIOS? I didn't see a release with source.

dip plugin is in binary resource form in the source as previous version (rev07) was. and latest dip plugin is extracted from Waninkoko's original DI module.

Waninkoko's first cIOS were based on IOS37, but then he got some trouble and switched to IOS36. The WAD Manager uses IOS249 if it's present, so the question isn't that stupid. EXCEPT THIS PART.
