Glazed is a special case, you must save twice in order for it to actually keep your save for some reason.

Or at least that is what I have heard.

Yeah I've heard that. One mistake, and poof. Lost your save. So if there is a way to fix it, I want to try. I dont want to play it on phone or pc with emulator.

Not sure there is, if you can then I recommend backing up the GBA VC save just in case.

I have started yesterday, and saved twice every time, and it actually worked. But today when I opened game, it has gone. I cant backup every time I closed game. If there isnt a way to correct the cia, I wont start the game again

I recommend using the gpsp core in Retroarch for that game. It works great on 3DS and usually goes at full speed in the CIA build.
