Hacking custom Banners???

I would like to know:
1. how do ya extract banner.bin.out (I just finished de-lz77 ing it using lz77ex by GaryCXJK)
2. what format are the image files inside?
3. How do you recompress it?
4. Will it work for wii disk games (using a modded disk)

I want to know because I am basicly the main hexer here:

yes, the banner that shows on the disk channel when the disk is read

this guide: ( http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=89793 ) doesn't work for me since I can't read spanish and all the apps are in spanish
