Homebrew CTR Nand games

Well I thought I could put all 10 GBA games on the Ctr nand so I started off with Metroid fusion so I copied all the files from the sysnand to the ctr nand and nothing happened.

So I was wondering whether it is possible?

First, why?
Second: Only DSi games/Apps were made to be loaded from the NAND instead of the SD card. GBA games can not be copied to the NAND and work. That's neither how the system was made nor how the games were intended to be played.
