ROM Hack Create Icons with Unicode support

Hello, all of the icn creators I found doesn't support Unicode.
I have the 48x48 (and the 24x24) pgn file already,
Can someone guide me on how to make the icn file with Unicode support?
The injectors from Asdolo works, but they add a border on my icon

Haven't noticed any border when using them tbh...

Anyway, other options for creating an icn/smdh are smdhtool, ba-gui-nnertool, and smdh creator

I just really use them to do the png to icn, and prefer entering the title/description/author and flags manually in a hex editor, maximum flexibility
But smdhtool I know for sure supports unicode on the command line - I was a tester of that feature
