Actually, they're just three carts placed next to other
Shantae is a normal game for the GBC (you can see its cart on the lower side), Songpro was an unofficial cart built for music-making on your GB (it's the one on the upper side, you can see one here), and the third one (in the middle) is actually a Dev Cart. I wonder what's in it.

The seller is clearly looking to make quite the large profit/rip people off - the cost was $765.43, each digit in consecutive order. I know dev kits might be rare, but that seems a bit fishy to me!

@Xdqwerty, to answer your question, they're a fusion Brit-pop/J-pop/electronic band with a woman vocalist. Flamingo is hands down their best known song but they've got a ton of other really good songs+1 -
