Homebrew Crashing issue with Homebrew

I'm really sorry if this is in the wrong place or something (i just made my account for this question), but I'm trying to download Homebrew along with Save Manager to hack my Animal Crossing game. I did it on YouTube, and I selected my model, but it crashed afterwards with this message:
"An error has occurred, forcing the software to close. The system will now restart. (Unsaved data may be lost.)"
This happens within seconds after I open Homebrew through YouTube, and it never gets past this screen: http://imgur.com/DvP0UTN

i'm not very smart when it comes to computers and software and stuff, so i don't really know what you mean :/ if it helps i'm using this tutorial, so everything that i downloaded is from the desc of this video... it should be the latest!! also my 3ds is version 10.0.0-27U
