Problem my Computer shows for the AIO Pump N/A
my build is:
i7 7700k (CPU)
Asus strix Z270F Gaming (Motherboard)
GTX 1080 Ti (GPU)
Arctic Liquid Freezer 240 (AOI Cooler)
I don't know what to do I already opend it and cleaned it but it still shows up 90 to 100 °C and I also put new thermal paste. And when I'm trying to start the Computer it shows "CPU OVERHEAT ERROR" I don't know what to do I need Help.

Is your AOI cooler hooked up properly and is it working?
Have you tried a stock air cooler?

Other then that, I can suggest delidding the CPU and reapplying thermal paste.

Edit: it could also be a sensor malfunctioning.
Is the CPU/cooler actually hot or is it at ambient temp?

Ran into this issue with my Corsair H100i. Turns out my radiator was fugged. Even after checking connections, cables and fans, I still would boot up to an instant BSOD or a super sloooowww computer. Replaced the radiator with one from my buddy's old system and it worked fine. Chances are @Retik your cooler is acting up. Unless it's brand new, then you may have a faulty CPU. Had one of those, too. My first 4790k would idle @60c and at load would hit 95c...
