ROM Hack Could somebody compile a "Bflimtool" for Windows x86 (32 bit) please?

I've found this at github, but I don't know how to compile this...

If this tool is really able to make png->bflim conversion, it would be really helpful for my LoZ ALBW translation.

don't see anything TO compile. just a bunch of common libraries for working with png files and other stuff, but don't see any actual code to do the conversion. Probably something the guy started working on, but never got around to doing.
