Hacking Could not start software

Hi guys
This is my first time posting here

Currently running OFW 10.0.2 with AMS 13/s with latest version of Kosmos,using hekate 5.3.2.

So prior to my problems i was running OFW 9.2 with AMS 12
Everything was all and well,i decided to install crysis(who wouldnt).

Prior to installing crysis,i installed AC black flag,and played it for some time.
When i tried to play crysis i would get the NS logo then a black screen,read online and the person who uploaded said that OFW needed to be updated to atleast 10.0.2
I used Choidujournx and updated to 10.0.2

Crysis and every one of my older games work.
However black flag and South park TFBW give me a "could not start software,please try again from home menu".

I've deleted,reinstalled,deleted saves and reinstalled,I've updated sigpatches,updated to AMS 13 and latest kosmos,updated hekate.
Deleted (relevant)unused tickets in goldleaf as well.

Still nothing
Find it weird that those games worked before,but after updating they're the only 2 that aren't working.
Possibly thinking something like devmenu would help but that doesnt work now,considering downgrading firmware

Any help would be appreciated

Edit: so i used choidujournx to downgrade to ofw 10,still didnt work,but when i went back to 9.2 it started working again(without touching sigpatched or hekate etc),however obviously crysis isnt working now,so catch 22 i guess

If you're not on 10.1.0, perform the following steps:

1. Make sure the SD card is FAT32.
2. Remove all CFW files/folders from your SD card (that would be folders like /sept/ and /atmosphere/)
3. Download the latest Atmosphere
4. Download the latest fusee-primary (next to Atmosphere)
5. Download these signature patches (for Atmosphere v0.13.0)
6. Put Atmosphere and the signature patches onto your SD card
7. Download the 10.1.0 update and put the 10.1.0 folder onto the root of your SD card
8. Download ChoiDujourNX and put it into the switch folder on your SD card
9. Put the SD into your Switch
10. Enter RCM
11. Launch Atmosphere using fusee-primary
12. Open the Homebrew Launcher, preferably using title override (R on a game instead of using the photo album)
13. Boot ChoiDujourNX
14. Select the 10.1.0 update. Choose the 10.1.0 exFAT option, even though you're using FAT32. If you don't want AutoRCM, make sure you untick it before installing the update.

If you're on 10.1.0, perform the following steps instead:

1. Make sure the SD card is FAT32.

3. Download the latest Atmosphere
4. Download the latest fusee-primary (next to Atmosphere)
