Would anyone be interested in corrupter boards for older consoles (ones that have expansion ports, like Genesis (Megadrive), TG-16, etc.)? I've been thinking of getting into circuitry design, and I figured this would be worthwhile for some fun, but would anyone else be interested in them?

As in things to do a bit of cart tilting but at circuit level? Possibly even a bit of directed corruption "only corrupt reads between ? and *"?
    Could be interesting.

Yes, but not that complex. Something like "short data pin 6 with ground" or "short data pin 7 with data pin 2" for interference on the buses, or "force system bus pin 3 to always be 1" and similar for minor corruptions.

I'm new to this, remember. :P

I'll probably extend the bus so other boards can be used in tandem, so maybe when I get more experience I could do that kind of thing xD

Assuming you are not going to make your own pin board and give end users a bunch of wires to jump things at their leisure/preference then dip switches will only get you so far there. At that point you will presumably look over at programmable chips and at that point you have the range and whatever options as a matter of fiddling with software.
