Hacking Copying Mii Plaza data between detached EmuNANDs

I have two EmuNANDs for my 3DS, one matching SysNAND and one not. The EmuNAND that is a different ID from SysNAND has some Mii Plaza data that I want to copy to the new EmuNAND.

How can I do this copy? SaveDataFiler shows "broken" for 00218 in User Data. Copying 00218's Extra Data works, but seems to have no effect - it doesn't change the Mii Plaza state on the target at all.

I have 1502/1502 puzzle on here, hence my desire to keep it.
