First, I apologize if this is in the wrong forum. But does anyone know how to convert NTR cheats into cheat engine for use with Citra?

25FBEAD0 00000012 <- These next 2 lines have to do with addresses but I have no clue what format (Little/Big Endian) they are in nor where what would be considered the offset be.
