Misc Converter for .spd format?

I recently dumped my copy of Disaster: Day Of Crisis and extracted the files from Dolphin, hoping to watch and/or listen to the videos and sounds. Unbeknownst to me at that time, all of those formats were in weird obscure ones. Video files were in .sfd, music was in .sad, and sounds were in .spd. Luckily, for the .sfd and .sad files, I finally managed to convert them to .mp4 and .wav a few hours ago using converters. However, I cannot find any converter for the .spd files. I looked up on Google to no avail, I tried looking through here but didn't find anything. I do not know what to do now.
