How can I convert SDK's csu (precisely 2 of them) to cia if they don't have a banner.bin?

Also, how can I change the unique ID of a CIA?

I don't think it would actually install to the system without the banner.bin. or at the very least its gonna suck looking for a blank box on your home screen
