Hacking Connect to a wireless network without internet access

i just wonder is it possible to connect to a wireless network which doesn't have an access to the internet?

i want to use ftpd but i don't want my console to connect to the internet

Yes, you can. But best thing is to have nintendo blocking dns.

well i blocked switched ip on my router for internet access but the switch gives me an internet connection error when i want to connect to a wireless network

"ctest.cdn.nintendo.net", "nasc.nintendowifi.net"

Easiest way would be to point your Switch's gateway setting to whatever LAN IP you'd like to connect to.

Yes this should work. Background is that the switch first tries to contact those servers when you connect to wifi. If they aren't found, you'll get an error and the switch disconnects.
