Homebrew Computer Game Emu?

I am wondering if there is anyway to emulate Command and Conquer Tiberium Sun on the Wii. It is an exe file and uses a couple .dll's to run the game. Is there an app that could run the exe and the dll's so I could play it on my Wii?

What you'd need is a windows api emulator (or x86 emu + windows) - and that will never exist on Wii. Sorry
