Hacking Complete uninstall guid efor Riiskmod

Ok like many people I've installed riiski and the last 2 days have the healthii and a new preloader. I've not touched anything waiting for a proper guide like softmii v1.0?
I wanna start out fresh, I followed the riiskimod guide which was 1 week back, now I just wanna remove everything and start fresh, what's the right procedure for this?

upgrade, then downgrade.

Easiest way is to do an official update from the internet.
That's what did today.
