I recently ripped Xenoblade Chronicles to two ISO files, "SX4E01.part1" and "SX4E01.part0". Both of these files are on my Desktop. What should my command prompt be to combine these files, and if not using command prompt, what program or what ever will help me combine them?

Have you tried USB Loader GX instead of CleanRip? It should convert the game to WBFS and with that it should combine it with something called WiiBackupFusion? I haven't used it in a long time though, could be wrong.

Ive tried using USB loader, but my wii cant connect to the internet to download the IOS's needed to rip the disk. And since I'm really new to this, its just too confusing to add the IOS's offline, So it leaves me with only CleanRip. Not only this, but my CleanRip wont detect or mount my NTFS flash drive, so downloading it through FAT32 and getting 2 ISO file is my only real option here.

Hmm, yikes, that is an issues. I would advice using NTFS, FAT32 is the most compatible. Any games >4 GB will automatically be split and still work fine. Maybe WiiBackupFusion can combine and transfer the file to USB.

Edit: Looks like it's still available for download, it might be able to merge the file into one ISO/WBFS image

I haven't had any issues using Wii Backup Manager, which can also convert the files to .WBFS so they take less space. There's only 1 issue with it, which is that it needs admin privileges for no apparent reason. Add this to a .bat and drag/drop the WBM exe on top of it if you don't want to give it admin/don't have admin access:

Code:
cmd /min /C "set __COMPAT_LAYER=RUNASINVOKER && start "" %1"
