I've been going to local coffee roasters for about 2 years now. It's been super fun, buying bags of beans and trying them out. Houston has a pretty incredible coffee scene, too, which is extra cool. If anyone has any interest in the Texan coffee scene, definitely would recommend Blendin and Fermata!
