When I try to run codes on GC backups (which I backed up using CFG USB Loader), the codes dont turn on! I turned on Ocarina and WiiRD. I've looked it up and people say to go to hook type and set it to VBI, but there is no "Hook Type" setting! So I tried USB Loader GX, and it has hook type, but it doesn't find the USB HDD. I also tried WiiFlow Mastermod, but it crashes when I load the game. Here is my SysCheck 2 report:

I updated DIOS-MIOS to the latest version (2.11) and Gecko OS Mod (the tool I normally use for running codes on GC games) no longer works with codes. Though now the Wiiflow MasterMod now works with codes with the loader set to default. But CFG Loader still can't run codes and USB Loader GX still doesn't find the USB HDD.

There is a support thread pinned in this forum for CFG but it isn't currently being maintained.

A SysCheck report isn't really helpful for Gamecube issues other than to verify MIOS and IOS58. Please post individual issues in the proper threads or people will get confused and not be able to help.

Your cIOS249 is quite old, though. d2x is currently at v8 stable, v10 beta.

The SysCheck you used is also old. This one is more accurate.

I actally already had the HDE, but I wasn't sure if I should use it. But thanks for the tip on IOS249.

I updated IOS249 to the latest version, and now USB game loading is super slow. I backed up my NAND before I updated, but when I went back to the old NAND, game loading was still slow. I tried adding a 1.5 GB ReadyBoost file to it, but that didn't help. Also, 249 may not have actually been d2x v4 and it may have just been normal IOS249
