COD: MW2, GH5, James Bond Racing, and More

- In an advert today, Activision confirmed Guitar Hero 5. It will be supported by a new ad platform.

- A Tony Hawk game is in the works. Nothing has been said but Activision claims that "it will be a game you cannot play with your hands." Could they possibly make use of the Wii Fit board or make a new product? It's also slated to be released in October 2009

- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 was announced but no platforms were stated.

- A James Bond racing game which isn't based on a movie. No platforms were announced/

- A new IP is being made that is supposed to be "a cross between Mario Kart and Forza. No platform were announced.

Technically, Modern Warfare was set in a near future. But it was still modern, nothing like Battlefield 2142, of course.

PS: Am I the only one who finds the title "James Bond Racing" laughable? I don't know why, but I imagine something like Mario Kart or Konami Crazy Racers, with all the James Bonds. You know, "chibi" style, funny weapons, etc.

There is already a Bond racing game. I have it on the PS1, it's called 007 Racing.
