I'm from México, and I want to create an Account in Club Nintendo (want to make use of those code that comes with games) and maybe you know that Club Nintendo is exclusive for EUA and Canada, so, which place you recommend me to put as Adress, Street, City, State/Province, ZIPCode, I've heard that in some places, there's no taxes, I'll appreciate your help and info, thanks!!

There's no Club Nintendo in Mexico?

In the US, there are 5 states that have no sales tax, Alaska, Montana, Delaware, New Hampshire, and Oregon. However, for redeemable things and Gold/Silver prizes that aren't digital, you'll need an actual address in the US.
