I give you the Memory-Cube...

I consider this storage device to be topped solely by sliced bread, which features a design flaw in that it does not provide adequate storage for micro SD cards and may cause data corruption when toasted.

I have to disagree on the topic of sliced bread, which I consider to be an inferior design, but the Memory Cube is certainly one of the greater achievements of this century, much like the eraser tip was for the past one.

it would top sliced bread, if it had an adhesive back and were thin enough to fit inside the DSlite clamshell when closed.

No reason why a product like that couldn't exist. I keep thinking I'm going to make a flat, adhesive 3 microSD holder, but I never seem to care enough and would rather buy one.

Why not just put adhesive on the MicroSDs themself and put that in the clamshell?

Lots of SD's means lots of games and apps. Never need to switch stuff from your comp to your Sd's ever again.
