It appears that they are now actually getting sued...this is frickin sick... they are already replacing the wrist straps with free ones. what more can people ask for? i could see how it is possible to get hurt from useing, but not probable... for every injury or broken TV, there are thousands of us wii owners asking, 'how the hell did they manage that!?!?!" i say we burn the law office down... or send emails to [email protected] saying that their clients are fucking dumbasses...

If broken goods are a reason for the complaint, I doubt they'll have a case. It's not Nintendo's fault people cannot hold onto a controller. I had 6 little kids play Wii Sports and not one caused damage.
