Citra-Pack-Convert how to use?

I am trying to get this to work:

but i am constantly running into issues. Trying to Convert Ultra Sun pack to work on newer citra but best result i have gotten is about 20 files out of 100's.

How do you correctly use this? the GUI does nothing for me
