Hacking ciosrev13a turn usb back on

Is there a way to make it so the usb does not go off when the wii is off, this only started when new cios was installed.
not interested in any fix other than turning usb back on

I installed rev13a and i still get USB power when i turn my wii off with wiiconnect24 on, i would LOVE it if mine would shut off so i could use wiiconnect24/forecast channel again, hmmm wonder why mines not working that way :/

My buddy had this problem on a Virgin wii with the update to 4.0 his Charger station stop working when the wii was in Standby ..
are u sure it was the Ios .. and not 4.0 ..

yes becasuse ive had 4.0 since it came out,and my wiimote chargers worked, and when i installed rev13a it stopped, as stated. Thats an IOS and not 4.0 Does anybody who knows anything about this cios know how to turn usb back on when the wii is off. And I am not interested in any adapters and or anything silly like that, only how to turn the USB back when the Wii is off

same thing here. i'm bored of unplugging the hard disk because it is in a shell.

Ive had it since i bought it back at launch and have had to unplug the HD in RED LITE OFF mode or it would stay on, and my wiimote chargers, rev13a, now they both go off in red light off mode

but you can't even get your wii to display the orange led, right?

no all ive got is red led, which charged my wiimotes before, but not since rev13a. when i turn my wii off it goes to red led
