Homebrew cIOS(249) DVD Dumper

I am using Waninkoko's wii dvd dumper v1.2 (custom IOS249), and i have no problem dumping gamecube disc (GOD). However, when I try to dump any Wii dvd disc through Wifi, i get and error message at the final phase which is the one where you need to connect your computer and Wii to download the .iso file.

The error I get is:
>>Sending index.html... OK!
>>Sending DVD ISO... ERROR! (ret = -10056)
OK!

I'd also like to know how to make the differences between a Wii single-layer Disc (WOD) and a Wii dual-layer Disc (WOD DUD9)?

A dual-layer is Brawl. No other game is dual-layered as of now.
Use Firefox to download. IE and Chrome give errors.

I made this program to dump dvd iso with waninkokos homebrew.

Its easiest to use of any I have seen. Just enter the base IP like 192.168.0.100 or whatever yours happens to be then click the save as button and thats it.
