Hacking cIOS 222/223 installer Question

Yes I know, I have posted many topics in one day. But I have a question.
Why does cIOS 222/223 installer v4 freeze after choosing the third option(Choose IOS 249 for installation. Install Custom IOS 202 and select IOS38 merged with IOS60.)?

EDIT: Whoops! Is it for it to freeze? Corrected: Is it normal for it to freeze?

Contains a way to get the files you want in WAD format (you can at least read that to find out how).

Cant vouch for the installer you are using as It is not from the update guide posted on here so I dont trust it...
