Hacking CIAs stopped installing on my EMUnand

that happens before it even installs right? I think had that problem with some CIAs i downloaded..... but not ones that i made myself.... i never resolved it... just didnt use those anymore.. everything is fine now.

on HBL FBI before it installs. On BBM at 99%. It's literally with every CIA. I tried like 15, not even kidding. 15 damn cias.

I got it working! It was the most stupid reason ever. Fucked up card reader. I used another one and voila. Sorry for trouble and big thank you to everyone involved.
