Hacking CIAs on new3DS

Hey, I have a new 3DS and I'm still using the gateway using OOT hack.

I was wondering is this still the safest method of booting up GW?



Also I want to replay FEA but using the DLC via CIA files. How do I go about installing them safely on my emunand so I can play online?

You can boot your New 3DS already over the DS profile exploit. There is a guide on the official gateway website.

We don't know if it is "safer" but it is definitely faster.
