Lavanoid? Could you please link it because I don't really see it there.

On the other hand, when I've split my emu&sysnand and have cfw, can I just format sd card, fo rmat 3ds system through options menu and that'll result to be normal "clean" 3ds ready for repeating whole procedure or it'll result in brick/errors?

No brick, just remember to uninstall FBI from sysNAND and delete your emuNAND in the SD card. It results as non-allocated space when you open your SD in GParted or Disk Management (the first one on Linux, the second one on Win). Just create a unified partition over it (format the existing one, then extend that partition).
You should just try putting new rxTools folder and data needed on your SD and remove the previous one, though. It could work without that hard reset.
