BigRedMenu is a lot faster, but I have had issues with some titles not working after installation with it.

Now I have not done any "official" speed test, yet I have always thought it was fastest for me to do a network install via FBI.

I have a 50mo/s sd but when looking at the time it need for 2go I would say that FBI install at about 1.2/1.3 mo/s
so I don't know why maybe it have to extract or to do some processing with the CIA so it slow down very much

Generally I just let it install while i'm on my computer

The network install option seems interesting to me (although I've never installed a .cia in my life....YET) coz usually the 3DS has to read the .cia AND install the said .cia on the same MicroSD card, so reading from and installing to the same MicroSD should slow things down and TECHNICALLY the network install option SHOULD work faster coz the .cia is being read from the network and being installed to the MicroSD.

Anyone has any idea whether that's actually true and a network install installs faster?
