Is it possible to extract custom DSiWare from the NAND as a CIA to use it on another console? I created some forwarder CIAs, and I dont want to go through the hassle of creating them again.

Thats the point. I deleted the cias. But I already created new ones, so a mod can close this thread
Most likely "possible", but I don't know how/if the titles are encrypted in twln... once you get to a decrypted .app = srl/nds, it can just be fed again into make_cia
