How do you chill?

I know this is the EOF, but try to not pervert the thread, please. I'm asking for actual family friendly activities for relaxing.

For one, I relax a lot while hearing some games soundtracks with a headset on and laying on the sofa with my eyes closed. I recommend Chrono Trigger's soundtrack a lot, BTW.

I don't.

Seriously speaking, the only time I chill is when I'm completely alone. Like, not taking care of niece, or worrying about cooking the day's meal, or taking care of 3 dogs and 1 cat and 1 turtle. Like, that happens very rarely, and when it happens, I put my headphones and listen my favourite music at a moderate volume. That's the only time I chill.

This Is very relaxing for me also. Nothing as good as spooning a pillow.
