ROM Hack Question Checkpoint v3.3.0 SX Pro 2.3

Hello All.

Can anyone please tell me why the Backup L and restore R option in checkpoint is grayed out. The software came preinstall with the SX Pro. I’m trying to backup my son games saves. I’ve clicked on the actual game but it doesn’t prompt me to save or name the file to backup. Any suggestions will be gladly appreciated.

Use sx installer to backup and restore game saves with sx os.
