Homebrew Question Check if NSP is corrupt without installation?

is there any way to check this? I haven't hacked my switch yet, but I've been downloading every game I own. however, some content (mostly dlc) is being skipped over by switch backup manager, so I don't know if they're corrupt.

does nsp verify also scan for malicious code?

unsigned code cant be installed with tinfoil as long as you didnt enabled it. theres an error when doing it without enable unsigned code.

thanks. castlevania anniversary collection shows up as corrupt in nsp verify, but I can open it and read its information in xci explorer. is that supposed to happen even if the nsp is corrupt?

it says corrupt i guess it means that its corrupt.

alright, I've redownloaded the files and they verify correctly. however, some nsps, like the mortal kombat 11 dlc, show as verified, but whenever I try to load them into switch backup manager, it doesn't seem to detect them.
