Homebrew Cheats aren't showing up

I've read the Gateway manual, which says to put the cheat files on the red card. I did that, and enabled the in-game menu, but they're not showing up. All I see is the "DEADB00B" lines. They're text files I downloaded from Fort 42 and stuff.

Lol, no. It didn't specify that they needed to be in a folder. Guess that was the issue, huh?
