Ok, im doing something wrong, im trying to find at the very least, inf ammo for peace walker, but when i get down to 8 addresses, one always freezes the game.
update: i have found out the values are protected, so i may give up on this game.
i kinda depend on the ability to change value and have them stick.

I have the same problem. Sometimes the address is just "fake" and changes nothing and sometimes the address just glitch or close the game

when that happens, I usually bookmark the values to more easily see when they change since they still accurately reflect the internal data I should look for, but I then search for the same numbers in another format (IE: if it was u32, I search Float and vice versa). There's usually an unprotected version elsewhere that updates those values through data type conversion - or in rare cases they use bitpacking, so it may be a power of 2 different than the expected value (IE: in Snackworld the weapon levels are left shifted twice to make room for other flags in the same byte, so a level 10 weapon is 0x28 instead of 0x0A)
