Hardware Cheap steam vr headset

I'm trying to get in VR but I don't want to spend much money I've tried things liked trinus and rift cat but I don't have good wifi and my cardboard headset covers the USB port
so I'm trying to find some sort of steam VR compatible cheap low-resolution headset with no controllers for under $50

I've never seen anything in that price range, usually HMDs that cheap are for phones, not PC. Might be some generic one out there somewhere but overall I'd recommend at least saving for PSVR, which can be used with Steam VR games.

I'd look into Zeiss VR One if you have a phone compatible with one of the trays, then look up Nolo
